1. General:

(a) In these conditions "the Company" means Industrial Fittings Sales (SA) Pty Ltd.

(b) These Terms and Conditions cancel any previously published by the Company.

2. Pricing:

(a) The prices contained in this price list are based upon current costs at time of publication and are subject to alteration without prior notice to the

buyer.

(b) Unless subject to a written quotation, any prices given for supply of goods will only be valid for a period of 30 days.

(c) The prices contained in this price list do not include GST.

3. Payment:

(a) Invoices will be payable by the end of the month following the month of invoicing.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed to by a duly authorised employee of the Company, if payments are not received by the fifteenth day after the due date

credit facilities may be suspended without notice.

4.Credit Claims / Returns:

(a) Claims for shortages or incorrect deliveries will not be recognised unless made within five working days of receipt of goods.

(b) Claims for non-delivery must be made within ten working days of Statement date.

(c) Claims will not be recognised unless invoice number is quoted.

(d) Goods specially ordered or manufactured to customer specifications will not be accepted for credit.

(e) Goods accepted by the Company as faulty will be credited at invoice value or replaced.

(d) Any goods returned must be in saleable condition.

(e) Returns will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the Company.

(f) Freight charges on any goods returned will be the responsibility of the Purchaser unless otherwise agreed to by the Company prior to the return.

(g) Any goods returned for credit, other than faulty or incorrectly delivered items, may at the Company's discretion, be subject to a restocking fee.

5. Title:

Ownership in the goods sold will not pass until the Company has received payment in full, although risk in the goods will pass on delivery.

6. Liability:

Where it is agreed that goods are faulty due to manufacture or materials, the liability ( if any ) of the Company shall, to the extent allowed by the

Trade Practises Act, be limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, or a refund of the purchase price and shall not extend to any

consequential loss or damage incurred by any person.

7. Delivery:

Unless otherwise agreed, a freight charge will be made on each delivery unless the goods are despatched on the purchasers carrier. Back orders

will be delivered at the Company's expense.
